Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds is the first and only outpost of The Cinnamon Collection in the North, led by Executive Chef Vivek Singh, who has been redefining modern Indian cuisine in the UK for over two decades. Known for blending authentic Indian flavours with contemporary techniques, Chef Vivek and his team have built a reputation for creating bold, innovative dishes that pay homage to India’s diverse culinary landscape while also celebrating seasonal, quality British ingredients. Inspired by the grandeur of historic Indian railway first-class waiting rooms, Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds pays homage to The Queens Hotel’s connection to Leeds Station and the golden age of rail travel. The menu takes guests on a journey through 12 Indian states, from Yorkshire fields to Indian spice markets, bringing together the best of both worlds.
